As Chief Strategy Officer, Mordecai Rosenberg is responsible for driving Greystone’s corporate strategy, with a particular focus on elevating the experiences of both employees and customers while championing innovation, efficiency, and unparalleled service.
Previously, Mordecai served as Co-President of Greystone’s Lending Platforms where he oversaw Agency and FHA Lending as well as Primary Servicing.
Mordecai also founded G2, Greystone’s multifamily lending innovation team. At G2, he spearheaded efforts to revolutionize the firm’s client retention and business strategy through data analytics, technology, and process innovation.
Earlier in his tenure, Mordecai led Greystone’s FHA lending division. Under his leadership, Greystone’s FHA pipeline tripled allowing the firm to secure its position as the nation’s top FHA lender.
Prior to joining Greystone, Mordecai was a Vice President at Red Stone Partners, where he sourced, structured, and underwrote tax-exempt housing bond acquisitions for an investment group owned by Prudential Real Estate Investors.
Mordecai graduated Magna Cum Laude with Honors from the University of Pennsylvania and has studied at several international institutions, including the London School of Economics, Moscow State University, and the University of Dar Es Salaam in Tanzania.
