Chris Troutman is a Managing Director in CMBS Lending at Greystone, where he is responsible for loan originations and securitizations. Before joining Greystone, Chris was a Managing Director at Regions Bank where he was involved in both CMBS and Agency lending. Prior to Regions Bank, Chris was a Managing Director at Wachovia/Wells Fargo Bank in the Structured Finance and CMBS group for 20+ years. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of South Carolina.
