Working at Greystone

“Where people matter” are words we live by at Greystone. How? By fostering an empowering work environment, encouraging new initiatives, and recognizing and rewarding our employees. The standards that guide us – Excellence, Integrity, Entrepreneurship, and Caring – were selected and defined by our employees, for our employees.

Early Career Talent at Greystone

Analyst Program

As an analyst, you will gain exposure to our businesses, develop important relationships, and build career-enhancing skills through hands on learning and formal training classes. The Analyst Program is open to recent graduates and is suited to those with minimal work experience.

Successful candidates have a strong record of academic achievement and an interest in the financial markets.

During the program you will receive ongoing skill-based training and run special projects coached by senior professionals, all while having fun networking as a class.

Intern Program

Our summer internship program is for students pursuing an undergraduate degree and geared toward rising seniors. This is a unique opportunity to build the foundation for a strong career in commercial real estate by working side by side with the experts that drive the industry every day. Our interns learn by getting involved in real projects and helping their teams solve client’s problems. Interns are immersed in our culture and challenged with the same responsibilities as full-time analysts.

During the program you will have direct access to senior leadership, develop a strong understanding of Greystone’s platforms, and take part in various networking opportunities as a class.

Testimonials

Greystone has a very special ‘heart’ that extends to all its people. A few months after I left Greystone in 2012, my brother passed away and I inherited his son to raise. During this time my former Greystone colleagues brought food, called, and checked on me and were there when I needed them.

Pharrah Jackson-Rowell, Vice President

They showed me that they were not merely ex-coworkers and friends but that they were family. When our founder Steve called me to see what he and Greystone could do for me, there were no words to describe how touched I was, it didn’t take long for me to come back to Greystone or I should say, back home. That is Greystone: a caring, compassionate, family.
