AJ Walker is a Managing Director on the CMBS Lending Team, responsible for originations and securitizations. Prior to joining Greystone, AJ was a Director at Wells Fargo and its predecessors for 20 years on the Real Estate Capital Markets Team originating both balance sheet and CMBS loans. In addition to his CMBS origination, AJ also worked in the securitization, portfolio management and table funding groups at Wells Fargo during his time there. AJ holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Boston College in Economics and played on its Division I men’s hockey team winning the National Championship in 2001.
