Alex Basile serves as Executive Director in Washington, DC. Alex is focused on the multifamily asset class, assisting clients with senior and subordinate debt and equity origination and syndication. A 15-year industry veteran, Mr. Basile has placed senior mortgage and mezzanine real estate loans across all asset types during the course of his career. Prior to joining the firm, Alex served as a Managing Director at Newmark where he covered all asset classes and a full spectrum of equity structures and debt products. Prior to Newmark, Mr. Basile spent 10 years at Cantor Commercial Real Estate (CCRE), where he held positions in the firm’s commercial real estate and securitization groups and managed production for the Washington, DC office.
