Avrom Forman

Avrom Forman is a loan originator at Greystone, where he spearheads a team of professionals dedicated to arranging innovative debt and equity solutions for multifamily commercial property owners and developers. He specializes in large mortgage origination across Greystone’s diverse platforms, including Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, CMBS, Bridge, balance-sheet, and Freddie Mac SBL.

With over 20 years of commercial real estate experience, Avrom ensures best-in-class execution through his team of skilled originators and analysts. Before joining Greystone in 2016, Avrom served as CEO of a major mortgage brokerage firm, was a multifamily property owner, and held the role of COO at a multinational telecom and technology company.

Avrom holds an MBA from York University in Toronto.
