Mr. Southworth focuses on structuring transactions for clients in the seniors housing and healthcare sectors utilizing municipal bond financing through Greystone Housing Impact Investors LP (formerly known as America First Multifamily Investors, L.P. “ATAX”). Prior to joining GHI, Mr. Southworth worked at Wells Fargo, where he was a Managing Director in the Public Finance division focusing on healthcare and senior living clients. Mr. Southworth started his career at Bank of America where he spent the better part of two decades as an investment banker in the capital markets division. His experience includes the origination and execution of both tax-exempt and taxable bond financings, bank placements, bridge loans, subordinated debt, derivatives, and other financing products. Mr. Southworth earned a Bachelor’s degree from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, and an MBA from Columbia Business School in New York City.
