Brian Jones

Brian is a Managing Director with Greystone’s affordable housing team. With more than 20 years of finance experience, Brian focuses on structuring refinancing, acquisition and new construction financing solutions in the affordable housing sector. He is a recognized expert in structuring financing solutions for both market rate and affordable seniors housing transactions, including affordable assisted living facilities. His prior experience includes positions with a national affordable housing developer as well as a real estate and seniors housing consultant with a top 5 CPA firm. Brian earned a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Dayton and is a former Certified Public Accountant.
