Charlie Mentzer

Charlie Mentzer, Senior Managing Director, is responsible for new loan origination out of Greystone's Atlanta, Georgia office. Mr. Mentzer brings 20+ years of real estate experience including loan underwriting and origination. In his career he has originated agency loans throughout the United States. In addition to his experience and agency product knowledge, Charlie is highly regarded for his attention to detail and coordination of due diligence. Mr. Mentzer graduated from the University of Georgia with a bachelor's degree in finance.
