Chip Hudson is Co-Chief Operating Officer for Greystone affiliated companies. Mr. Hudson is now responsible for the operating, lending, and servicing businesses for Agency, FHA, Bridge, and Agency Alternative lending, along with the Greystone Sales Team, including its originators across all business lines. Prior to this appointment, Mr. Hudson served as the Chief Executive Officer of Greystone’s Agency Lending platform. In over 21 years at Greystone, he has held various roles including Head of Production and Chief Underwriter of Greystone’s Agency lending. Mr. Hudson has over 29 years of total commercial real estate finance experience.
