Clark Andresen is a Deal Manager and Trader on the CMBS Lending Team at Greystone. In this role, Clark is responsible for analyzing prospective loans as well as managing the due diligence, underwriting, closing and securitization of loans. Additionally, his responsibilities include rate locking and hedging loans as well as executing CUSIP trades down the capital stack.
Prior to joining Greystone, Clark served as a Managing Director at Cantor Fitzgerald for almost 13 years, primarily as a CMBS trader in both the primary and secondary spaces. Before Greystone, he spent ten years in Banc of America Securities’ CMBS Capital Markets group where most of his time was spent origination and structuring large fixed and floating rate loans.
Mr. Andresen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Hampden-Sydney College.
