Based in Denver, Colorado, Craig Branton specializes in multifamily loan originations, providing financing solutions for commercial real estate investors across the Mountain states. He has an extensive background in real estate lending and is responsible for debt originations in excess of $1 billion over his career. In his dual role, Mr. Branton focuses on growing the joint venture between Cushman & Wakefield and Greystone.
Prior to joining Greystone and Cushman & Wakefield, Mr. Branton was an Executive Vice President and top producer of Freddie Mac SBL loans at CBRE, ranking as one of CBRE’s Top 10 Colorado Production Professionals in 2019 and 2021.
Mr. Branton earned a Bachelor’s Degree from Arizona State University and a Master’s Degree in Real Estate & Construction Management from the University of Denver.
