Daniel Wolins is a Managing Director at Greystone focused on meeting financing goals for commercial real estate finance clients utilizing conventional agency, CMBS, and bridge lending. A veteran in the Commercial Real Estate Finance industry, Dan has more than 30 years of experience in all aspects of commercial real estate lending. His experience includes eight years at Credit Suisse in various U.S. CMBS underwriting/credit and securitization roles, two years at Deutsche Bank in their European CMBS finance group, and three years as the Chief Credit Office for Hunt Mortgage Group's proprietary lending group. Dan graduated from the University of Vermont with a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration and the Taft School.
Dan is an active member of Greystone's DEI Committee and is passionate about supporting and mentoring underserved students in the New York City community.
