Dante DiStefano

Dante DiStefano joined Greystone in March 2022 and serves as an Associate in the company’s New York City office. In his role, he specializes in debt placement and capital markets, facilitating commercial real estate financing solutions for Greystone’s clients. Throughout his career, Mr. DiStefano has structured financing across a diverse range of property types, with particular expertise in structured debt and equity investments supporting transitional business strategies.

Before joining Greystone’s capital markets team, Mr. DiStefano worked as a multifamily loan originator with the firm, where he developed a strong foundation in real estate financing. He holds a B.S. in Finance from Penn State University’s Smeal College of Business and is currently pursuing an M.S. in Real Estate Finance & Investments at NYU’s Schack Institute of Real Estate.
