Debby Jenkins currently serves as President of Greystone Lending Platforms, overseeing Greystone’s Structured Capital, Institutional Capital, Debt and Equity Placement, CMBS, Capital Advisors, and Special Servicing platforms. In her role, she focuses on scaling Greystone’s capabilities by creating innovative financing solutions for Multifamily owners and investors, as well as liquidity and capital markets solutions for banks and other types of financial institutions.
Prior to joining Greystone in September of 2023, Debby Jenkins served as Executive Vice President and Head of Multifamily at Freddie Mac, followed by the CEO and Partner at C3. Debby has built a legacy of capital markets innovations spanning over three decades. In her time at Freddie Mac, she helped lead the team to build Freddie Mac into the largest provider of financing to the multifamily industry. She was a catalyst in the establishment and growth of the company’s securitization program that scaled access to capital across the multifamily sector. Ms. Jenkins was a Senior Vice President with Wells Fargo National Bank in Michigan before joining Freddie Mac in March 2008. She has significant expertise in lending and risk management in a variety of leadership positions and has been involved in over $600 billion in transactions over her 30+ year career, through multiple financial cycles.
Ms. Jenkins serves on the board of the Opens Doors Foundation. She holds her Master’s Degree in Corporate Finance from Walsh College and a Bachelor of Science from Wayne State University.
