With nearly two decades in commercial real estate finance, Gill Dolan brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in navigating multifamily capital markets on behalf of his clients. Having begun his career in 2006, Gill has financed all asset types, with a direct focus on multifamily financing in Houston and surrounding areas over the prior decade.
Drawing from this experience, Gill possesses a comprehensive understanding of debt capital markets, including Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, Bridge, and Structure Finance. His knowledge in the space is credited to long standing relationships with local sales brokers, appraisers, bankers, and equity sources.
In 2018, Gill Dolan and Blake Willeford jointly established the Greystone office, further solidifying their commitment to providing top-tier commercial real estate finance solutions.
