Greg Lyss is Co-Chief Operating Officer for Greystone affiliated companies. Mr. Lyss will oversee Greystone’s affiliated businesses, with a focus on ensuring policies, procedures, and internal controls are uniformly implemented. Mr. Lyss joined Greystone in 2022 and previously served as Chief Investment Officer. Mr. Lyss has decades of financial and investment experience. Prior to joining Greystone, Mr. Lyss served as the Chief Operating Officer of Advanced Merger Partners, Inc., a Special Purpose Acquisition Company (“SPAC”) sponsored by Houlihan Lokey and Saddle Point Partners. He has served on the Boards of other public and private companies. Mr. Lyss has previously served as the Chief Investment Officer of a family office and the partner of a multi-billion dollar investment firm.
