Ishan Patel is a Senior Asset Manager with the Loss Mitigation and Special Credits team at Greystone. He is responsible for evaluating and managing risks associated with problem loans in the servicing portfolio.
Mr. Patel joined the firm in 2018 to contribute to the growth of the Portfolio Lending Group (PLG), focusing on underwriting, servicing, and asset management of bridge loans. During his tenure, he successfully managed a multifamily bridge loan portfolio exceeding $1.5 billion and played a key role in the execution of 3 multifamily CLOs valued at over $2 billion.
Prior to joining Greystone, Mr. Patel was an investment sales analyst at Walker & Dunlop. He attended J. Mack Robinson College of Business at Georgia State University from which he graduated with a dual degree in Finance and Computer Information Systems.
