Jared Noordyk is the Head of Securitization for Greystone's CMBS platform, responsible for the pricing, execution and distribution of CMBS debt.
Prior to joining Greystone, Jared was most recently part of the leadership team of the CRE Advisory group at SitusAMC, focusing on securitization and debt diligence. From 2012-2021, Jared was part of CCRE, Cantor Fitzgerald's commercial lending platform. As Head of Securitization from 2018-2021, and a senior leader in securitization prior, Jared managed CCRE's conduit, stand-alone and floating rate CMBS strategies. Before CCRE, Jared was a Vice President on BlackRock's CRE Risk Management team and a member of Moody's CMBS group, rating new conduit, SASB and agency issuance.
Jared holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Pennsylvania.
