Jason Brown is a Managing Director at Greystone, bringing over 25 years of experience in commercial real estate finance. Based in the Indianapolis market, he has been involved in more than $3 billion in transactions, providing financing solutions for multifamily and other property types.
His expertise spans a wide range of lending platforms, including Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, Small Balance, CMBS, Proprietary Bridge, balance-sheet, and special situation lending. Before joining Greystone, Jason held positions at Berkadia, CBRE Capital Markets, and Fifth Third Bank, where he gained extensive experience in real estate finance and capital markets.
Jason holds a B.A. from Michigan State University. He takes a practical approach to helping clients navigate financing challenges, offering insights and solutions tailored to their specific needs.
