Jim O’Connell oversees the special situations lending group, which provides creative, custom balance-sheet finance solutions for clients. He maintains relationships with banks and investors to fund this platform.
Mr. O'Connell also overseas two non-profits that own affordable housing properties and healthcare facilities. Prior to joining Greystone in 2006, he was a Vice President at Wachovia Capital Finance.
He earned a Bachelor’s degree from Long Island University.
