Jim oversees the special situations lending group, which provides creative, custom balance-sheet finance solutions for clients. He maintains relationships with banks and investors to fund this platform.
Jim is also responsible for financing Greystone’s healthcare properties and he supports a non-profit by arranging the debt to acquire affordable housing properties. Prior to joining Greystone in 2006, Jim was a Vice President at Wachovia Capital Finance.
He earned a Bachelor’s degree from Long Island University.
