Jonathan Rosenberg specializes in loan origination and managing a portfolio of MBS & tax exempt mortgage revenue bonds. As a loan originator, Jonathan collaborates with top developers nationwide to meet their mortgage financing needs, with a deep set of experience in HUD, Fannie Mae, and Freddie Mac loans. His expertise includes originating loans for multifamily apartments, nursing homes, and assisted living facilities, encompassing both market-rate and affordable housing.
Jonathan also is responsible for researching, identifying, purchasing and managing a portfolio of MBS and tax-exempt bonds that are trading at a discount to their intrinsic value. Jonathan holds a B.A. from Columbia University in New York.
