Lori DiMartino

Ms. DiMartino focuses on the permanent financing of multifamily and healthcare facilities for both existing and new construction projects nationwide. She has thirteen years of experience across all platforms offered by Greystone including HUD, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and Bridge Programs. She is also an expert in FHA default workouts.

Ms. DiMartino holds a Bachelor’s degree in Forensic Science from John Jay College in New York City.
