Luann Gutierrez has been with Greystone since March 2007, and has held many positions all within the Healthcare / Seniors Housing specialty. Currently, she serves as the head of the senior housing asset management team for the special servicing division of Greystone. In this role she primarily manages the resolution and liquidation of a portfolio of distressed senior living properties held in Freddie Mac and other CMBS securitizations, with the goal of maximizing recovery on each property for the benefit of the certificate holders that hold bonds in the applicable securitization. Previously, she served as Vice President and Senior Healthcare Underwriter at GMAC Commercial Mortgage for eight years and underwrote over $1 billion in healthcare and Seniors Housing loans. Prior to GMACCM, she served as AVP and Portfolio Manager with Bank One, Texas NA for the greater part of nine years managing a $250 billion Mortgage Finance portfolio. Luann holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas in Dallas.
