Matt Stevens is a Managing Director with Greystone, specializing in Fannie Mae, Freddie Small Balance Loan (SBL), Freddie Mac, Federal Housing Administration (FHA), and Commercial Mortgage-Backed Securities (CMBS) products. He has successfully originated over 200 new loans across 20 states, totaling more than $800 million. In 2022 alone, his loan production exceeded $180 million. Prior to his role at Greystone, Stevens served as a Director with Churchill Mortgage, where he specialized in commercial loans for life companies, banks, and CMBS lenders, achieving a total of over $150 million across five states.
