Natalie Grainger is the Chief Credit Officer for Greystone's CMBS platform.
Prior to joining Greystone in 2022, Natalie spent over 11 years at Deutsche Bank in the Commercial Real Estate group. During her time there, she was focused on managing and executing CMBS transactions working on over 100 CMBS conduit securitizations of bond issuance, with 70 of those transactions having Deutsche Bank acting as lead underwriter. In addition to managing the securitization process, Natalie spearheaded distribution to the b-piece buyers for the Deutsche Bank collateral and participated in senior investor roadshows. She also previously served in roles within commercial real estate at Credit Suisse, Morgan Stanley and Deloitte. Natalie is an active member of the CRE Finance Council, previously serving as Chair of the Women’s Advisory Board and most recently as CREFC Conference Co-Chair.
Ms. Grainger holds a Master of Science in Economics and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Lehigh University.
