Mr. Nguyen joined Greystone in 2012 and is the national sales manager of FHA loans production for non-FHA originators, with the goal of accelerating and expanding FHA financing opportunity into all of Greystone's origination platforms. He has over 20 years of experience in underwriting, client management, business and personnel development, multifamily real estate finance, and private equity. He’s closed transactions ranging from new construction, mixed-use, rehabilitation, acquisition, and refinance, encompassing a variety of financing and subsidy vehicles, market rate and affordable.
Mr. Nguyen earned a BS from University of Maryland and an MBA in Finance from the Johns Hopkins University’s Carey Business School and is a MAP Approved Underwriter.
