He has over a decade of industry experience and partners with clients to secure financing across various product types, including market rate and affordable multifamily housing and skilled nursing and assisted living healthcare facilities. This market expertise coupled with a consultative approach allows Reuben to understand clients’ perspectives and develop creative financing solutions that achieve their business goals. Reuben is an active member in his community and serves on the board and heads the finance committee at Ramah Day Camp in Nyack, NY.
