Mr. Heyman is Executive Managing Director focusing on debt financing in the multifamily housing sector using all the programs available at Greystone.
Mr. Heyman has been with Greystone since its founding in 1988. He has experience in origination in both the affordable and market rate space as well as structuring workouts on FHA insured loans. The workout team at Greystone has saved the government over $3.2 billion in insurance claims.
Mr. Heyman received a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from Vanderbilt University and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Northwestern University.
