Rob Schultz is a Managing Director at Greystone Housing Impact Investors LP (NYSE: GHI), whose managing general partner is Greystone. Rob is responsible for structuring tax-exempt debt transactions for multifamily projects throughout the United States. His primary focus includes new construction, substantial rehabilitation, refinance or acquisition of multifamily apartments and age-restricted housing that can be financed with tax-exempt debt.

Recently, Rob has been focused on 4% LIHTC transactions, as well as workforce housing and senior housing that can utilize tax-exempt debt - either through private activity bonds, non-profit sponsors or governmental entities.
