Stephen Germano is responsible for the credit, underwriting and asset management functions in its multifamily bridge loan business and joined Greystone in 2005. Prior to joining Greystone, he was a Director in GMAC RFC’s securitization and bridge lending business and a Vice President in Chase Manhattan Bank’s securitization business. Stephen has been working actively in commercial real estate since 1984 and has a broad base of experience in origination, underwriting, valuation, securitization and asset management. He earned a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Connecticut in 1984. he also earned a Master of Business Administration degree from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1990.
