Steven Mumford is a Vice President for Greystone’s multifamily affordable housing finance platform. He is a loan originator of all agency products including Fannie Mae MAH, Freddie Mac TAH and FHA lending programs.
Steve joined Greystone’s multifamily affordable team in 2012 and began originating affordable transactions in 2014. Prior to becoming a loan originator, Steve oversaw Greystone’s affordable loan sales desk, helping structure over 600 transactions per year.
Mr. Mumford has 11 years of multifamily affordable housing lending experience and received a M.A. from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas majoring in Economics.
