Zachariah “Zac” Rosenberg, Executive Vice President of IT Strategy & Engineering at Greystone, envisions a future where the commercial real estate lending industry is further powered by data, AI, and cutting-edge technology. As a dynamic innovator and software engineer, Zac leads the transformation of Greystone into a technology-driven industry leader.
Previously, Zac founded and sold TapCap, a digital mortgage broker that developed a cloud-based algorithmic underwriting engine. Zac also founded and led Greystone Labs, a collective of creative engineers who are embedded throughout the business to develop proprietary, groundbreaking projects that set new industry standards.
Zac attended both the Australian National University and University of Maryland's Robert H. Smith School of Business, but he put his pursuit of a degree on an indefinite-hiatus to pursue a tech startup.
